Body Sculpt - Strength training with weights and bands to help reshape the body.
Core Challenge - Exercises for the midsection including abs, back, and all the way through.
Core Training - Intermediate to advanced exercises for the midsection using resistance.
Interval Body Sculpt - Strength and cardio using benches, weights and bands will boost the metabolism.
Low Impact - A great floor cardio workout without the pounding.
Pilates - A mat class that moves through series of exercise that strengthen and stretch the core and realign the spine.
Seniorcize - Flexibility, strength and cardiovascular exercises for the mature adult.
Step - Athletic combinations on a platform burn calories while increasing muscle tone and endurance. Not recommended for beginners.
Step & Tone NEW! - New to step? This class is perfect for you! Includes basic step moves, floor combinations, and toning exercises.
Strength & Stretch - Resistance training and comprehensive stretching with emphasis on mind/body awareness. A revitalizing start to your week.
TBC (Total Body Conditioning) - Exercises using lighter weights at a faster pace with more repetitions create lean muscle mass.
Turbo Kick® (Cardio Kickboxing) - "Shadow" boxing based on the Martial Arts, with a modern twist. Burn calories while increasing tone in the arms, legs and abs.
Yoga - Based on the ancient technique: Postures that focus on breathing, balance, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Please bring your own Yoga mat.
Zumba® - Latin moves and energetic music make this cardio workout a blast! No experience required!
Zumba® Gold - A low-impact version of Zumba® with a lighter cardio segment and strength training at the end of class. No experience required!

Classes must maintain an average of 8 participants to remain on the summer schedule and an average of 12 participants to remain on
the fall, winter and spring schedules.
