Abs - Exercises for the midsection! We all need this class!
Body Boogie - Low impact dance aerobics and sports moves in easy-to-learn rhythmic sequences.
BRCS (Balance, Rhythm, Coordination, and Strength) - Borrows movements from dance, yog, and Pilates; increases range of motion, flexibility and stability for everyday activities.
Cycle* - An all-level cardio and endurance workout on a stationary bike: The best sweat you'll ever get!
DST (Dynamic Strength Training) - Functional, cross training exercises to sculpt muscles, improve agility and stability, and strengthen the core.
Fast Track - 30 minutes of high-intensity cycling paired with 30 minutes of circuit training. The best of both worlds!
Hi/Lo - Traditional aerobics combined with simple strength, coordination, and martial arts movements.
Pilates - A mat class that moves through series of exercise that strengthen and stretch the core and realign the spine.
Power Step - Athletic combinations on a platform burn calories while increasing muscle tone and endurance. Not recommended for beginners.
Total Body - Intense strength training and power cardio moves using benches, weights, and bands that blast fat and boost the metabolism.
Yoga - Based on the ancient technique: Postures that focus on breathing, balance, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Yogates - Combines the balancing, stretching, and strengthening work of Yoga with the core stability and muscle integration of Pilates.
Zumba® - Latin moves and energetic music make this cardio workout a blast! No experience required!

Classes must maintain an average of 10 participants to remain on the summer schedule and an average of 15 participants to remain on the fall, winter and spring schedules.
