Body Sculpt - Strength training with light weights and bands for lean muscle mass.
Core Challenge - Exercise for the midsection including front, back, and all the way through.
Core Training - Advanced Pilates-based exercises using resistance.
Cycle* - All-level cardio workout on a stationary bike. The best sweat you'll ever get!
Low Impact - A great Floor Cardio workout without the pounding. Includes weights and stretching.
Pilates - A mat class that moves through a series of exercises that strengthen and stretch the core and realign the spine.
Step - Athletic cardio combinations performed on a platform to tone the legs and increase cardiovascular endurance. Coordination required.
Not recommended for beginners.
Total Fat Burn - Strength training, power intervals for all body types, and a body fat blasting cardio workout that accommodates all fitness levels.
No coordination required!
Turbo Kick® (Cardio Kickboxing): "Shadow" boxing based on the Martial Arts, with a modern twist. Burn calories while increasing tone in the
arms, legs and abs.
Yoga - Ancient technique of postures that focus on breathing, balance, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Please bring your own Yoga Mat.
Zumba® - Latin moves and energetic music make this cardio workout a blast! No experience required!

Classes must maintain an average of 10 participants to remain on the summer schedule and an average of 15 participants to remain on the fall, winter and
spring schedules.
