All of our staff; from certified trainers to wellness experts have extensive knowledge in the area of fitness and wellness and will be able to provide you with the guidance, encouragement and tools you need to help you achieve your personal wellness goals.

As our fitness director, kaelen has been working hard to create an environment where all of his members can learn how to use their bodies safely, efficiently and effectively while building muscle, improving endurance and developing habits that lead to successful health and wellness. Kaelen is firm believer that one of the most important keys to achieving Success is being consistent, learning and having someone coach you along the way.

With her background in nutrition and fitness, brielle has helped many people achieve there fitness goals using a beginner-friendly, weight loss focused approach. Her focus is on developing strength that translates into everyday life. She is very good at making her clients feel at ease and motivated so they feel confident when reaching out to her.

As a group fitness coach at vqsf, darius provides group classes that are energetic, fun and challenging but still safe and accessible to all levels of fitness. Darius' goal is to give his members an amazing workout that also creates a sense of camaraderie among the participants.

Selene's role is to educate and assist members with developing flexibility and range of motion as well as assisting with recovery after a tough workout. She wants her members to be able to perform at their best for years to come. Her approach emphasizes that if you do not take care of yourself outside of the gym (i.e., stretching etc.), it may impact your ability to get the most out of your workouts inside the gym.

Ronan coaches athletes and active members who want to enhance their athletic Performance by focusing on increasing their strength, speed, power, agility and endurance. As a Performance training coach, ronan customizes training plans for each client based upon their specific needs. The key elements of ronan's training plans include proper form/technique and progressive overload.

Mireya will do everything in her power to make sure that each person feels welcome as soon as they walk into the club. This includes; providing assistance to new members, answering all of their questions, ensuring that every single person has a positive and supportive experience at the club from day one.
